Each listing includes load-in details and parking availability (street, lot, or reserved). After booking, you’ll receive entry instructions and day-of contact details. Please arrive on time to keep your setup within your booking window.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments unless otherwise stated. Extensions require availability confirmation. If you think you’ll need more time, message as early as possible during the session so we can verify the schedule.

Flexible windows apply as described in the Terms. We recommend rescheduling early to ensure availability. If a last-minute change is unavoidable, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes. Your booking time covers everything: load-in, setup, shooting, breakdown, and exit. Plan accordingly to avoid overtime. If you want a buffer, consider adding an extra 30–60 minutes.

Music is typically fine at reasonable levels. Fog/haze, confetti, flames, or wet setups may require approval due to ventilation and cleaning constraints. Ask in advance so we can confirm what’s permitted for your specific space.
